1. The service
ROISynth provides an AI workforce that ships outcomes over a managed execution engine, with a work log of every hour worked.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the briefs you provide and for approving outward-facing or destructive actions at the gates we present.
3. Ownership
You own all deliverables — code, content, data and deployments produced for you. There is no lock-in.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
5. Liability
The preview is provided as-is. The final agreement will set out warranties, limitations of liability and the governing law.
